Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before installing or using Soliter Master (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
3. The App is Free
Soliter Master is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, with clear notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Updates and Termination
We may update the App at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate your license at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App.
